• Led development of Asana's cutting-edge RAG platform from prototype to production, enabling AI systems to retrieve contextual information across entire workspaces.
• Expanded RAG platform from a single-feature product to a multi-product framework powering four distinct features, resulting in a 15x increase in system traffic while maintaining performance and reliability.
• Developed agentic input context management techniques that improved performance (TTFT) by 24% while improving quality on our eval suite (92% → 96% pass rate) and reducing our LLM budget by 32%.
• Established and lead Asana's LLM testing & evaluation program while fostering strategic partnerships with Anthropic and OpenAI.

Led teams building Asana's integrations with third-party tools, including high-profile projects with multiple executive escalations.

• Managed an internal team of 8 engineers, delivering Asana-Jira data sync beta and GA (our first bidirectional sync integration) on schedule, driving estimated $11M in annual recurring revenue.
• Led prototype development and rollout of a new integrations architecture that improved development speed by 30%.

Built and led engineering teams in Asana's Enterprise group, developing critical features for the company's largest customers.

• Maintained strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including Sales and Customer Success, personally helping unblock multiple enterprise deals.

Joined Shift as an early engineer (employee #9) and grew to become Engineering Manager, helping scale the company's engineering organization during a period of rapid growth. Led development of critical systems that powered the company's automotive marketplace.

• Conceptualized and built MVPs for multiple 0-1 products that became core parts of Shift's business operations, including appointment scheduling and vehicle inspection systems.
• Built a machine learning recommendation system for Shift's merchandising platform that increased the primary conversion metric by more than 25%.
• Architected a bit vector-based algorithm that provided a 1000x performance improvement (7s → 7ms) for the platform's critical filtering and sorting operations.
